How to add custom branding to our products

Planning to add your logo or custom branding? Rather than using the online checkout, contact us directly using our Online Enquiry Form.

Please provide the following in your enquiry:

  • Product name/code

  • Quantity (with colour and size breakdown)

  • Logo/design details

  • Preferred branding location and colour

  • Delivery address & due date

  • Contact name

Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch to confirm the details and provide a quote. A digital proof will then be sent for your final approval before production begins.

Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best quality branding, please supply your logo or artwork in a vector format (such as .AI, .EPS, or PDF with vector elements).

These formats allow us to scale and print your design clearly at any size without losing quality — which is essential for clean, professional results.

Avoid sending files in JPG, PNG, or GIF formats, as these are often low resolution and not suitable for printing or embroidery. If you're unsure, our team is happy to check your files and advise.

Branding Techniques

Embroidery

By stitching coloured threads into the fabric, embroidery gives a high-quality finish with a slightly raised effect. This method is long-lasting and cost-effective for small runs. It can withstand washing and regular wear, lasting as long as the product itself. We carefully select threads to match your logo's PMS colours as closely as possible.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen onto the product. It produces vibrant, precise PMS colour matches, and most inks are quick-drying, allowing for the product to be shipped immediately afterwards. Fluorescent and metallic inks are available on some products.

Digital Print

Digital print involves the transfer of ink directly from the print heads of a machine onto the product. It is ideal for reproducing full-colour, complex images with colour gradients or shading. This printing process uses CMYK values, and will exactly match your specified colours.

Sublimation

Dye sublimation print can be used for branding garments that are made from a suitable fabric. A transfer is produced which is then heat-pressed on. This method offers edge-to-edge printing, and variable data such as individual names and numbers. on selected products.
