- Branding colour & placement
- Delivery address & due date

We’ll get back to you to confirm availability, pricing, artwork, lead times, and send a proof for final approval before production.
Requesting Samples
Want to see a product before placing a full order? Contact us to request samples.
- Clothing samples must be returned in their original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Garments should be folded and returned in their original packaging within 10 working days
Delivery
Your order will be delivered via national courier. We offer a flat rate delivery charge of $15 nationwide for unbranded items, normally delivered within 3-5 working days.
For branded items, or orders outside of New Zealand, the postage cost will be provided in your quote.
Please report any issues with received goods within 48 hours.
